Claire Parker, Creative Director at our Amsterdam office, is part of the ‘corporate design panel’ of Marketing Tribune magazine, so every month she will judge a corporate design, together with Tom Dorresteijn from Studio Dumbar and Stefan Pangratz from VBAT. This time the design panel was asked to judge the corporate identity of a.s.r., an insurance company.

Our lovely clients at Tate & Lyle invited us to help them raise money for children’s hospice charity Richard House. This time the theme was Childhood Favourites, and there were some amazing efforts including home made Jammie Dodgers, Bakewell tart, Malteser cupcakes and a whole Battenburg cake.

This year’s Charity Christmas Breakfast raised over £900 for homeless charity Crisis UK! Thanks to the local businesses that kindly donated food, cash and supplies, and to everyone at Design Bridge London for cooking, paying and eating.

For November, Design Bridge Amsterdam put our pride aside to raise money and awareness for men’s cancer, ending with a Movember party on Friday 30th, where even the ladies (and the more follically challenged men) joined in.

For the first time, Design Bridge competed in a Dragon Boat race to raise money for Sense, a national charity supporting adults and children born deaf and blind. A mix of ten volunteers from different areas of the business rallied together and what we lacked in training we made up for in fancy dress.

This year Design Bridge is taking part in the Dragon Boat race to raise money for Sense, a national charity which provides vital support to deafblind people and their carers. To kick off the fundraising we decided to throw a Jubilee lunch and celebrate in street party style for a very worthy cause.
